The tool automates estimation of congestion impacts from freeway bottlene cks\, work zones\, incidents\, and weather\, and can then explore mitigatio n of impacts through active traffic and demand management strategies\, incl uding ramp metering\, hard shoulder running\, incident management\, traffic diversion\, and others.
