Celebrating Rick Dowling
April 1, 2026 marks 40 years since Rick and his family opened Dowling Associates. We invite you to join us on that day to celebrate Rick's contributions to the transportation profession and spend some time reconnecting with colleagues, friends, and family who have been part of that journey.
This will be casual, small(ish) gathering with afternoon hors d'oeuvres and a variety of libations to enjoy. We'll gather at Lake Chalet restaurant, which is a beautiful spot on Lake Merritt in Oakland. Please RSVP by Feb 13, 2026 to let us know if you can join us as we celebrate Rick.
