Guidance for the Development of Successful ITS Projects

ITS Projects present unique challenges for inter-agency coordination, effective project planning, and cost control. Making use of the Maryland Statewide ITS Architecture allows local transit agencies to address these key issues. Learn about how to develop successful ITS projects that comply with the Statewide ITS Architecture and understand how this process fits in with the application timeline for MTA grants. Lunch will be provided.

This workshop is targeted to project managers with technical backgrounds as well as thoseinvolved in grant applications and project development. Please have up to two people from your agency RSVP to this invitation.
